regarding the privacy rights of our Members as well as other visitors and users of the
DACC website (herein referred to as "Privacy Policy").

Information Collected at www.dubuquechamber.com?
The information we collect from DACC Members, visitors and users of our websites allows us to personalize and continually
improve your online experience, making it easier and more enjoyable. The following identifies the types of information we

This information does not identify you personally. We automatically collect and store only the following
information:
- They type of browser and operating system used to access our site;
- The date and time you access our site;
- The pages you visit; and
- If you linked to our web site from another web site, the address of that website.

We receive and may store any information you enter on our websites or give us in any other way. At times, we
specifically ask for information about you when you register for or to use certain services, when you order a
product, or when you RSVP or register for a DACC event. We may require certain information — such as name,

Does DACC Share the Information It Receives/Collects?
- If you choose to provide us with personal information such as in an email to one of our online email boxes, or by
filling out a form with your personal information and submitting it to us through our web site we use that information
to respond to your message and to help us get you the information you have requested. The DACC treats emails the
same way we treat letters sent to the chamber, but we do not collect personal information for any purpose other
than to respond to you.
- We collect personally identifiable information (name, email address, or other unique identifier) only if specifically and
knowingly provided by you.
- We do not share the information you give us with another government agency and we do not create individual
profiles with the information you provide or give it to any private organizations.
How Secure Is Information About Me?
DACC maintains appropriate safeguards to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of personally identifiable information
submitted to our websites, and periodically reviews and updates its security measures in light of current technologies.
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Although DACC strives to protect
your personal information, we cannot ensure or warranty the security of any information you may transmit to us or from our
online products and services. Once we do receive your transmission, however, we make our best effort to ensure its security on
our systems. We use Authorize.Net as our SSL (Secure Socket Layer) digital certificate provider, providing our Members the
strongest certificate services available. When credit card information is transmitted, industry standard encryption is used.
Links to Third Party and/or Co-Branded Websites
DACC has and will continue to establish relationships with members and other business entities, which also may have websites
to inform or promote their products. DACC will at times allow users visiting the DACC websites to link directly to these third
party websites. However, the DACC is not responsible for the privacy practices and content of these third party websites. We
encourage you to read the posted privacy statement and user terms and conditions whenever interacting with, and prior to
providing any personal information to, any third party website.
Message Boards/Forums
Please remember that any information you may disclose in our Member directory, forums, message boards, chats or other
public areas of our website(s) or the Internet, becomes public information. You should exercise caution when deciding to
disclose personal information in these public areas.
Opt Out/Modify
DACC provides you with several options, to be used at any time, for altering or removing your information from the DACC
contact databases. If you are on our promotional list and would like to be removed, simply contact us in any of these following
