The Dubuque Regional Sports Commission is one of ten sports authority districts within the state of Iowa striving to promote, market and develop a strong sporting event base within the region. As a sports authority district, we take pride in providing our assistance and services in bringing your next event to the tri-state area. Dubuque has hosted a number a sporting events from national and regional fishing tournaments to the USA Archery World Team Indoor Trials, International Dragon Boat Races, Winter Iowa Games, DockDogs National Championship as well as tournaments ranging from hockey, volleyball, baseball, basketball, soccer and much more. As Dubuque has evolved into a prime location for numerous national and regional sporting events, our accommodations and multipurpose state of the art facilities are sure to suite your next sporting event.
